Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning in Cleveland, Ohio, is affiliated with Chinese Academy of Cleveland (CAoC).

Established in 1973, CAoC is the first Chinese school in metro Cleveland area. Currently, CAoC has over a hundred students enrolled. Our Mandarin language curriculum consists of two tracks of studies: Traditional and CSL (Chinese as the Second Language). In addition, CAoC offers various cultural classes for both children and adults. Besides honoring small classes, over half of the teachers are Ohio State certified teachers. Our goal is to foster a joyful learning environment to encourage and inspire students to learn, to innovate, and to build a solid foundation in their language abilities and culture literacy.
